Standby Workteam is looking for Danish speaking customer service agents for KLM, AirFrance and Delta’s Joint Sales & Service Centre in Amsterdam. Preferably you already live in the Netherlands or have serious plans to move there. An excellent possibility to gather some international experience and for younger candidates to become more independent and meet new people.
Your tasks are - amongst others - to provide service and receive bookings from customers in Denmark. You shall be fluent in both written and spoken Danish and it is an advantage if you master Swedish and/or Norwegian as well. Fluency in English is required. It is an advantage if you have experience from the flight- or travel industry.
You are offered a 7-month contract with good possibilities for extension and the intention to start a long-term cooperation. An extensive new hire training to get you started. Due to training and coaching, your fulltime availability during the first 3 months is required. Since the B2C department runs a 24/7 operation, it is required that you are flexible when it comes to working hours.
You will be working in a European metropole in a mostly young, dynamic environment. The company has its characteristic office in the vibrant Westerpark area in Amsterdam.
